Real estate sector is one of the oldest and nearly best developed in "Scaent Baltic" enterprise. It needs to be pointed out that this particular sector is famous for already realized and recognized projects, such as "Vanagupės Namai" or the projects that are currently being implemented and are unique due to their volume and oneness. Because of crisis, the year 2009 were extremely difficult for the real estate sector; however, that provided a possibility to expand services spectrum and acquire infrastructural construction companies. Thus, it is believed that after crisis is over, the real estate sector again will be one of the most attractive.
Joint-stock company "SC Baltic realty" is a real estate development enterprise. To add, it is a steadily developing company which is successfully operating all around Lithuania. The target company is specializing in various purpose real estate (such as estates, commercial, residential, industrial and other premises) project management and comprises the whole range of services, that is from ideas generation to their complete realization. Joint-stock company "Alproka" is real estate enterprise, specializing in project development activity. Currently, "Alproka" has nearly finished implementing one of the largest (the project consists of six five-storey buildings), and one of the most successful (the project is recognized as the Best of 2006 "Second Home" projects) of real estate projects in the Lithuanian seaside.
